Maximum Airflow for my new case?

So im getting a new case, and along with it i got 3 new case fans, a new PSU and a new Heatsink.
the heatsink blows down or up instead of outwards, and i cant quite figure out what my best bet for airflow would be..

Here are two poorly drawn examples of my case with where the fans would be.

The first
(without airflow, just positioning)

The Second (My guess at what the best would be)

Any help on this would be great.
im just worried that the PSU blowing on the GPU is going to be an issue as well, but the PSU has to go on the bottom of the case.

The power supply typically intakes air in the bottom, and vents it out the back of the PSU.
As for the rest, you always want more positive air flow compared to negative. So equal-more intakes compared to exhaust.
What case do you have? It might be better to have a bottom and front intake, and a rear/top exhaust etc.

Well, the PSU has a 140MM fan that can either blow Up, or into the case. it dosent appear to have any sort of fan that vents out the back like most i have owned. so i dont think thats a choice.

As for the case, its an Elite 431

Mine has the same type of fan, and just a mesh across the back. If it dosent have that you can just point the fan down, and it will do fine.
(I had the ELITE 430, and just upgraded to the Carbide 300R this week)
Using a front and bottom intake, and then a top and rear exhaust would be the best bet. Equal air flow across the case and wont fight anything.

This case? http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/elite-431/

Edit, ah well it has a few cm clearance with the legs installed, if that wouldnt work, I would run a front intake, and a rear+top exhaust. Having 1 more exhaust than intake wouldnt be bad.

Unless you think that 1inch between the table and the case is enough air for intake..

2nd edit.

Okay so Front In, rear back out, two top out, and then the PSU would just do its thing Pulling in and blowing upwards towards the exhaust? I assume then to put the Heatsink blowing up on the top exhaust ports aye?

Okay so the side with the logo (what i call the front), is sucking? and the side opposite the logo should be facing the top of the case then aye? Also i apologize for all these questions but im sick of half-assing my setups, and you seem to be answering over and over so it must not be bothering you too much
