If you have a microcenter near you, the 8320 is only $100 right for instore pickup only. Can't beat that. Same price as the CPU you picked and a wayyy better processor. The 4100 is ok for a mid pc but I think that video card deserves a better CPU. At least a piledriver based one and not a bulldozer.
