I am a 3D Artist and I use Autodesk. Should I buy a Windows professional or an Ultimate?

I use Mudbox and Maya. Under system requirements it is written that it needs Windows7 professional 64 bit. I currently use Mac. Will it work with Ultimate? I like to upgrade to Ultimate.

No, you can dualboot a mac with windows.

I would go with Windows 7 Home Premium.
