Ok, so I know the ghz comes with a higher factory overclock but a few reviews I read have said it won't oc much further. So I was thinking about the dual classified which is designed to be oc'd. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either card. Also read a lot of bad reviews about ghz reliability!
Thanks in advance

The Classified is much higher quality and is the only one with its own PCB. In terms of overclock it doesn't really matter though because all 780s OC until the voltage barrier. So unless you are planning to mess with the voltage they'll all hit the same wall.

not all 780s use the same voltage controller so no, they all dont go to 1.35v. also the air coolers will in no way allow any 780 to sustain 1.35v on the core under load, temps will head north of 90c very quickly and the card will throttle. if you dont plan on water blocking with a decent 240 rad then the classified might be unnecessary as its colors only really shine when under water and 1.3v+ sustained at the core(1400mhz+ easy).

Thanks for the help. Going to go for the classy. A bit more expensive but it will hopefully pay that back in spades.

no problem. for the most part the 780 page has occam's oc guide which you will want to use along with the eds volt mod guide inside it. but the classified page has the classy voltage tool download and the custom skynet bios's.
the classy voltage tool currently is the classified V2.0.4.2

when you get your classified your going to need to use gpuz to see what version stock bios it has.... if you want to flash the skynet bios which raise your power target limits, disables boost/locks the highest boost state when in p0/p1 state, and lets you play more with the fan settings, among other small fixes.

If your bios is 80.10.3A.00.80 get REV2

If your bios is 80.80.21.00.80 get REV3

vBios-v380.80.21.01.80-LN2
