pendrive not working on dvd

my pendrive normally working on my laptop. but if i plug it in any dvd player, it shows "nodata". is there want to install any software in pendrive. please reply me.

No you don't need to install any software for that work..
If that DVD supports upto USB 2.0, then nodata means you don't have any audio or image file in your Pendrive..
If that Dvd player supports USB 3.0, then nodata means yous don't have any audio video or image data on your Pendrive.. Other compatibility features apply as well.
