I want fo know what grapics card is best for my current set up

For the grapics card im looking around the price range of 180-240
I want to play League of Legends World of Warcraft and planet side
Which of the following grapics cards is best for this?
FX HD 7850 Core Edition Video Card
XFX Radeon HD 7850 Double D Video Card - 2GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Feel free to recomend any other grapics cards or suggest a power supply, just keep in mind that I wantvthis build to end up between 700 and 800 in turms of price

Kinda weak GPUs for your build and also wrong RAM amount and no KIT. I picked the GTX 770 which is a lot better as GPU, 2x4GB RAM with higher MHz and a good PSU - both with a lot rabate - and a better mainboard with more features at a good price. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2XYYE For the rest of the budget you could get a cpu cooler or ATX mainboard.

Could I go with 2x2gb ram ?

Yes but it is better to have 8GB since the KIT is even with a huge rabate.
