Xfx r9 280x psu requirement.

im planning on getting an fx 8320 with an r9 280x.. so i just wanted to know if a corsair vs 650 is enough to run it becuase according to the website it says 750w.. and also will the connectors on the vs650 be enough .. im guessing it has 2 pcie connectors.

you will be perfectly fine even with decent 550watts psu and minimum of 30A of current required from +12V.
Here are 2 options for you:
Corsair CX600M
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze
Both will be good for your requirement and performance of your pc :)

The problem is that I have already bought the psu it's a corsair vs650 so will I be good?

if you have already bought, then it's not a problem. Just place it your cabinet and power-up your pc components. That's not a bad psu with 85% efficiency and it will provide enough wattage to your gpu and other peripherals. Just check one thing again on your psu, check the sticker on your power supply and make sure it has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater. Rest is all good.
