PSU requirement confirmation 650 Ti Boost / 7850

I have a 450 W PSU that, sources say, is sufficient to run a 650 Ti Boost or 7850. But I'm confused because it only delivers 14A on 12V rail; recommended is 20A at least. So, down here is an attachment and please tell me which out of these two GPUs can my PC support. I'll be thankful.

And you're wrong too, according to that picture the 450watt has only 10amps on the 12V+ rail assuming you have the KY-450 ATX.That's what you get with cheap psu's with name's and real outputs.

A corsair builder cx series psu (430/500watt) should already be good and are most of the times not that expensive.
It depends where you live too,for instance the next is a good psu for a very good price,

    a good psu anyway.
The Antec VP-450 should be good as well if you're in a parft of the world where that one is less expensive.
