I want to get the best value-for-money graphics card for a build that i am making but cant decide which one without feeling like im wasting money.

i am planning on using programs such as blender, maya and a few from adobe creative suite but i also will be playing games using this gpu as well so i want it to be able to run games such as rust and dayZ.

the specs im looking at getting at the moment are:

CPU AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler NZXT Respire T40 68.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Memory 2x 8 gb G.Skill Ripjaws 1600mhz
Power Supply XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

until recently i was certain of getting the Radeon R7 260X but then i read somewhere that the geforce gtx 660 ti was alot better but then i read that the 660 ti isnt good for rendering, so now i am confused to which one to get and need help.

i also found a cheap gtx 770

Thanks
