First Time Homebuild Component Compatibility Check

I'm building my first homebuilt PC and I want to make sure my components will work together. Here's the list:

Case:
Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan

Power Supply:

Memory:

Also I want to make sure this will cool well enough for extreme gaming and whether the power supply is adequate. Thanks for you input.

If you are interestd in overclocking, get the i7 4770K, not the 4771.

Get a better PSU. XFX, SeaSonic, or Corsair are some of the best manufacturers.

Is ram at 2400MHz even necessary? Just get 1866, or at most 2133. Stay with G.Skill.
