dear sir
i cannot remove data from my flash/pen drive (norton8GB external). i want to remove all data permanently and wanted to free space.
please provide me how can i solve my problem?

Try formatting the USB, unless there are files you want off it.

If this doesn't work, my other suggestion requires a xbox 360.
