hp G62-106SA not turning ok

Okay, this hp g62-106SA laptop basically wont charge or power on.

I have tried two chargers which both fully work on other laptops, tried doing the reset for 20 second trick which also failed. I very much doubt its the battery since it wont charger/power up when battery is in or not in. Do you think its the motherboard which is at fault? Also no lights flash or anything on the laptop.

As the system does not work with a known good AC adapter (with or without a battery), you can safely assume the issue is with the motherboard (where darn near everything is integrated onto it).

If you had a charged battery and installed it, would the system power on?

Sounds like a dead board to me. Not much you can do to fix it. If you know a good technician, they may be able to revive it with a proper reflow. Otherwise you would be looking at either a new board to repair this or replace the whole system with a new laptop.
