Greetings,

Me and my friend resently build our first computers and we installed the same cpu 4670k and we have it oc at 4.4ghz.
The problem here is even though his components are a lot better my fps is always 30-40 more than his. Here's my build: mobo: Asrock z87 extreme 4, cpu: 4670k , gpu: evga gtx 760 sc , ram:corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz

Here's his build: mobo: asus maximus vi hero, cpu:4670k, gpu : evga gtx 780ti classified , corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz

Can you help us identify the possible problem that is affecting his pc to not perform as good as it should?

Thank you

The graphics card shouldn't make much of a difference in WoW, but you getting much higher fps than him is not normal, the 780ti is pretty much the best card available at the moment. You should be slightly under him on average.

The only thing I can think of is your friend is having his CPU temps hitting too high. What are both your CPU coolers? If you have liquid cooling then there really shouldn't be a problem.
