I have finally built my first gaming and everything has been running smoothly until the very last stage.. i cant connect to wifi. i have installed all drivers and my computer wont even recognize that there is wifi, i thought it might be the BT hub but i tried an ethernet cord and it works fine. Have i not installed drivers correctly? or is it hardwware? Any help would be much appreciated :D

A network card is peripheral that plugs into the PCI slot on your motherboard (sorry if this sounds gibberish to you). Alternatively, you can get a USB Wireless dongle that has just the same capabilities. If you don't know what a network card is, perhaps you havn't got one in your PC and your PC is relying on the Ethernet LAN cable from the BT Hub. I have a BT Hub and my computer that I built myself can't connect to the internet even when I have a wireless dongle in. i WANT TO DO THIS BUT DON 'T YOU DO IT YET BECAUSE I cannot guaruntee it will work.
I have an old TP-Link router. Basically, what I want to do is plug the old router in to my PC via Ethernet, and tell the TP-Link router to tell my BT Hub 5 to connect to the internet.

When I turn on and off my router it will eventually work. Check if any other computers in your house can connect to the internet. (I found my Chromebook can connect to the internet, no problem)
Hope this helps you,
