8 gb ram 1 stick
and im running windows 8 if that affects it in any way

• Maximum Board Power: 75 Watts
• Your need one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector.
• +12V Rail needs to provide at least 16A of current(Check PSU sticker under +12V column)
380watts will be enough for you, unless you are not overclocking your cpu or gpu, extra case fans or leds. I have seen people running same gpu even on 300watts power supply. So you need not worry about anything. It will run smoothly unless your provides you above specification :)
