will 380w psu support these specs

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Diamond Multimedia AMD Radeon HD 7750 PCIE 1G GDDR5 Video Graphics Card - 7750PE51G
Intel i-3 3240 3.4ghz
8 gb ram 1 stick
and im running windows 8 if that affects it in any way

Yes this PSU will be sufficient for the system though it will be used at its max. Graphics card under load will take like 149W and at idle it will take 88W. So PSU will work.

• Maximum Board Power: 75 Watts
• Your need one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector.
• +12V Rail needs to provide at least 16A of current(Check PSU sticker under +12V column)
380watts will be enough for you, unless you are not overclocking your cpu or gpu, extra case fans or leds. I have seen people running same gpu even on 300watts power supply. So you need not worry about anything. It will run smoothly unless your provides you above specification :)
