so,i'm planning to buy MSI R9 270 Gaming GPU,but my processor is only i3 3220 so i think it gonna bottleneck,so:
does my processor is enough for bringing out the full potential of that GPU :??:

No it won't bottleneck.

Bottleneck technically means, your card is not performing as much as it can due to a weak CPU.

Sure, another person with i5 or i7 might get more FPS out of the same card on his games but that won't be because of the bottleneck on your card, but simply a faster CPU.

You should be able to play everything fine.

Yeah the i3 is a pretty good dual core. It'll work well, imo, with up to about a 660 or 270x
