Hi, My pc is not the best and i can play games at about mid settings, But in the arma 3 Multiplayer i have terrible fps of about 5-10 on low settings, single player is fine and i get about 30-40 fps easily. I also don't think it is the server i play on as it is pretty much every server i go on i have this issue. Is there a way to fix this?

Well it most likely the limit of your laptop, not much info on the web on mobile graphics but here yours is in 197th position. http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphic-Cards.13849.0.html
Multiplayer tasks the hardware much more and that is the reason so with out reducing resolution and in game settings I do not think there is a solution.

It may not be your laptop as much as it is Arma 3.
Arma 3 multiplayer is horribly optimized and it's literally placed on top of the Arma 2 Multiplayer framework. In other words, it's a POS that needs to be fixed. I get lag every 10 seconds or so playing on a mid-high end gaming rig and there's nothing I change in the settings to change that.
But if you do get a gaming rig get a Nvidia card rather than an AMD card if you want to play Arma 3.
