I couldn't hear the beep because i am deaf. By the time, I was setting up my monitor and keyboard. The system shuts down itself. No green LED light is on nothing starting up. 1. Unplug all the PSU cables from mobo and after a while plug them in. Power on the system and see if it works.

For a last try, unplug and uninstall every thing/component including CPU. Take your mobo out of the case. Just plug in CPU, single ram and then connect the PSU and try to power on and see if it works. If possible pl arrange other power supply for testing purpose (Don't buy it right now till it can be confirmed that it is PSU)
  4. try to paper pin into psu 24 pins main cable for motherboard green and black wire
