Pendrive is not listen in the virtual memory tab when try to use it as RAM

Hello everyone I have sony 16gb pendrive and i want to use it as RAM but when i open the advance tab and then virtual memory ... i cannot see my pendrive there.. why this happening..

Because Windows won't let you use a removable drive as RAM or a virtual memory target.

Fix what? Using a USB stick as RAM? You can't.
Nor do you want to. The USB interface is much, much slower.
