Solution
Hi zacjosh, the MB is good here is link it is Rs. 9216 http://www.flipkart.com/msi-990fxa-gd65-motherboard/p/itmdh4frxj5mng9h?pid=MBDDH4FNASEFWZQZ&srno=b_18&ref=fa486477-b11c-4cb9-87e4-1367b5bc0f75
For the PSU, you can get either Seasonic ECO 500 http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-eco-500-watts-psu/p/itmddqq8dzqzkzdy?pid=PSUDDQPPZZYAGRWT&srno=b_21&ref=57473f25-53e9-4da2-9606-4aa8bc6d79f8 or Seasonic ECO 600 600 http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-eco-600-watts-psu/p/itmddqq8fzptyfds?pid=PSUDDQPPKBFD8FGV&srno=b_34&ref=3aa5358c-25c3-4e08-8166-6c1896199d72 I add the other link for the review, in the review they used the i7-3960x + the same GPU, then the GPU only draw 290w on load so the 500W is more than enough for your system...
1) Get the asus m5a97, but not the le version. Or the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
2) For gta4 because the game is cpu intensive, here is the youtub http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byhAuZQkPHw
3) For bf4, and Skyrim your PC will do fine.
Skyrim: from review " For a smoother experience, consider a GeForce GTX 570 or Radeon HD 6970, or maybe even a dual-card setup." and you r9 270x is better than both of them. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/skyrim-performance-benchmark,3074-10.html
BF4 http://www.techspot.com/review/734-battlefield-4-benchmarks/page3.html

looks good , should play those games on high settings , mine does and it's close , Asus Sabertooth MB , AMD FX 8530 ,Powercolor R9270x Devil , 16 GB 1866 Gskill sniper ram with Antec 620 watt HCG PSU . i USE A 256 GB SSD and a 2 TB WD black as hard drives .
Make sure you buy a good PSU , Seasonic ANTEC XFX are a few good brands , your motherboard , I would go for a 990 motherboard , Asus or Gigabyte are my favorite , better if you decide to OC tat 8320 .

Good luck with the build

if you are using stock heatsink it comes with paste pre applied . But really the stock heatsink fan combo will not keep the cpu cooled if you overclock , and it's loud , look at all the threads on this subject .Best to get an aftermarket cooler like the 212 .
That MSI board looks good , I prefer Asus and Gigabyte , but that MSI board looks very good

Yes corsair is a good brand , just not crazy about some of the cheaper models they have . XFX , ANTEC , SEASONIC and Corsair all make good power supplies , but choose the right model , 500 or 550 watts would be fine if you are running one video card .
