Can add another GPU?

I currently have a motherboard with a pcie x16 slot and three other pcie x1. Would it possible to another gpu to my system without sacrificing much performance in games?

Yes I am aware, my goal is to get another GPU in my system. Is this possible in any way Via an adapter from sata, 2 pcie x1's, etc.

They make riser cables for PCIe X1 to connect to PCIe X16 cards, all miners know that.

I am not a miner, wouldnt using pcie x1 lower the possible performance of the card in games?

Yes it would but since you are not a miner what do you have and what are you trying to achieve? Basically post your full system specs and goal.

I currently have a 270x and put another in crossfirex. My case is a fractal design r4 however my motherboard is utx with only one x16 slot

Impossible since the board has to support crossfire to do that! Two options get a single more powerful card or upgrade the motherboard to one that supports crossfire.

I would stay as is since the A10 is will start bottlenecking stronger GPU solutions. If you decide to upgrade I suggest replacing CPU as well.
