I have a JetFlo 120mm exhaust fan and I can't get it below 60% fan speed it just always spins at 60% and is freakin loud. I have a Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard.

I went to BIOS, but it doesn't allow me to set Minimum Chassis Duty fan speed below 60%, it only allowed me to put value higher than 60%....

Please help, its really annoying that its so loud while I am not even gaming. Its pointless to spin at 60% while I am only browsing internet.

I tried both with 19db adapter and without. :c

Did you connect your fan onto the mobo fan connector or via molex adapter?

Is there any software/program I could use to control case fan speeds? Except SpeedFan because I hate it.
