You don't supply enough information to identify possible problems. My first guess is that it sounds like the Asus "Anti-Surge Protection" is kicking in and shutting the machine down. Look through your mobo manual or contact Asus about that.
Other than that, break the build down to the absolute minimum to boot to the BIOS, i.e. power, mobo, one stick of RAM, keyboard, and mouse and unseat and reseat the power connections to the mobo. Then see if you can boot into the BIOS.
If you can get that far, check for BIOS updates and apply any that are outstanding.
Once you get that working, try to build it back up one component at a time and see if it will boot at each change. If you get it booting from the hard drive but adding the next component causes it to stoip booting, that last component you added abck in is the culprit.
