I recently bought the EVGA GTS SC 760. I successfully attacked it to the motherboard, and went to plug in the power connectors that came with the card. The 6 Pin plugged in just fine, but the 8 Pin won't "click into" the GPU. What is the problem? It is an 8 pin that splits into 2 6 pins that plug into the 2 six pins coming out of my PSU.

Then it should be compatible. Have you tried aligning the side where it should clip in? See through if its in correct notches and orientation of the pin slots. Otherwise its gonna be a factory defect.
