I have an Asus G74sx that recently came back from repair after the power jack (socket?) broke. I believe that they had to replace my motherboard, and now whenever i try to play a game my video driver crashes. Sometimes it recovers, and sometimes the screen just go black and i have to restart the computer.

I have installed the newest nVidia Drivers. Could someone give me some help?

Updating my intel chipset drivers did not work.
By the manufacturer released NVIDIA drivers, do you mean the ones from nvidia.com? Cause I've done that :/

no, i mean from Asus website. Are the drivers you are currently using BETA or WHQL?
Check your laptop cpu and gpu temperatures at load.

My temperatures are around 40c-50c while trying to play a game, so not to high. No idea about the BETA or WHQL, i just downloaded the newest.

Think i'll have to try and update bios.

Latest release is stable WHQL drivers. So i am hoping you downloaded those, so that shouldn't be problem. Anyway, keep me updated with results of BIOS update. Good luck :)

Nothing of this worked, and after doing some research I think my Graphic card is getting to little power.
Atm the voltage is at 0.820V. It crashes while playing games/watching hd videos.

you can check that by increasing your volts first by .100V and if it doesn't work then by .050V.
