As stated in the title i am building a PC and im not sure whether I should go with Intel or AMD

I already have a Psu, Case, and Video Card

The video card I have Is an Asus ddr5 6670

The only parts I need for this build are. A Motherboard, Ram and a Cpu

Can I get some advice? Which should I pick Intel or Amd? And What Cpu?

I have about 240$ ish for everything...

Thank you all in advance

This is considering that you need a HDD and optical drive.
