Can it run the absolute lowest settings with around 20fps

Specs

AND SEMPRON 145 UNLOCKED CORE (might be overclocked)
GEFORCE 9400GT 512MB
2GB DDR3 1600MHZ RAM
GIGABYTE 78LMT S2P

Thanks for any help

I can immediately say no, sorry. That computer is years old, no way can it run a next-gen title like ArmA 3.

A3 is incredibly processor-heavy, and no GPU slouch either. I play A3 on an R9 290 and Phenom II X6 1045T (both far more powerful than those respective parts) and can get maybe 40FPS on ultra with no combat. In combat with multiple AI I'm looking at 20-30FPS. Of course I can lower the graphics settings, but that only reduces GPU strain. The game still relies on the same amount of CPU power regardless of settings; FPS is 50% dependent on situation and 50% dependent on settings essentially.
