does the 1gb gddr5 version of the r7 240 run at 30 watts and 12 amps http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814103252 like the 2gb dr3 version does http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127765

Around 30watt+ since they are overclocked versions they should draw a little more but not much, 1-2GB versions draw the same wattage.
