I got a Windows 8 DVD and Key yesterday and put it into my PC to upgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate. I got through the setup until I hit a roadblock. I got to this:

And then this came up:

I click confirm, nothing happens. I try downloading the setup off of the Microsoft Website, and it says it cannot connect to a network. (although I have an ethernet cable plugged in the back) Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

What language is your current Win7 Ultimate? There seems to be upgrade issues going cross-language.

My current language is English, but I also have Spanish on it as well. I will uninstall it and see what happens. I also forgot to mention it is Windows 8 Pro, not just 8 or 8.1.

***UPDATE***

Removing the Spanish language pack did the trick just fine, thank you so much!
