I have an Canon i9900 which is several years old.Recently I have a problem with one of the printer heads, (column A) in the print head alignment printout. There is no color at all in that column and no color in Photo Magenta when I print the test for cleaning.
I looked at the carriage with the inks removed, and I think the PM little circle spring is depressed.
My question is "Is this fixable and how"
