my dell says graphics driver out of date and I can't play minecraft its a Intel(r)q965 q963 express family chipset

dean download and run https://www.piriform.com/speccy
let it read the mb info and check to see what intel video chipset on the mb.
as the mb is older unit it has gone end of life. there are intel chipset and gpu drivers for the older mb.

download the inf file first for your os install it then reboot then install the video chipset drivers.
look under video device to see if it the same chipset or one of the other intel video chipsets.
if the newer intel chipset does not work you may want look into a cheap gpu card like the 7750.

Your computer is quite old and is using the graphics integrated into the motherboard . Its very weak compared to modern systems .
