Should I buy 8 gb or wait?

I've got a laptop which supports the Intel HM86 chipset. I have already got 4GB RAM in there, and there's space for one more module.
The installed RAM is DDR3-1600 1.5/1.35V RAM.
What I want to know is, can I put another DDR3 8GB module in there?
I've read somewhere that this chipset supports 8GB of DDR3 1.5V or 16GB of DDR3L 1.35V memory.
Is this true? Or I can put another 8GB no problem?
If I can, I'd like to put this one:

Existing module is a Ramaxel Technology RMT3170EB68F9W1600.

The laptop is a g510 laptop from lenovo, with model no. 59-398343.

UPDATE: Looks like the existing RAM module is of 1.35 V(according to HWiNFO64).
