Will a "Corsair CX500 500Watts 80 Plus Bronze" be able to run a "Sapphire R9 270X Vapor-X 2GB GDDR5 OC With Boost" safely?

they're still decent enough units, if your rig was more overclockable I'd suggest going for a little more power but as things stand, you're good to go.
