Here's a system I quickly threw together, and I was wondering if I need to change anything, or if anyone has anything better, my budget is around $500-$700, I am going to use it for games like Minecraft, Gmod, CS.

Drop down to 2x4GB RAM and get an AMD Athlon 740/750k combined with a Radeon HD 7750/7770/7790 GPU (whatever you can afford) and you'll be fine. An AMD APU and no graphics card will not be enough. You can also go with 1x4GB and then buy another 4gb RAM later.

Any card below a HD 7850 doesn't need 2gb VRAM if you play using a single monitor. The second Gigabyte will be useless and I heard bad things about a HD 7790 2gb one or two times. See if you can get a HD 7790 1gb for cheaper.
You will have quite a good gaming PC especially for light gaming if you get that build.
