Okay, about a month ago, my computer was working just fine, I could run every game beyond 60fps. Not, my computer lays on it's knees, I can't even play games like League of Legends on the lowest settings! I cleaned dust from my CPU and everything, still my CPU spikes to the roof.
Specs:
CPU Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.10GHz Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology RAM 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz Motherboard ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V LX Graphics S19A10N (1366x768@60Hz) 1024MB GeForce GTX 550 Ti (ASUStek Computer Inc) Hard Drives 466GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKX-073CA0 ATA Device (SATA) Optical Drives ATAPI iHAS124 B ATA Device
I need a reply as soon as possible, I can't take this anymore!

When you play a game, download a application called 'Core temp' and tell me how high the temperature goes.

That didn't work.
I've decided to reinstall windows 7 and that solved the problem. Thank you for having time to try and find the problem for me anyways.
Kudos to DarkLord_97 and vlxedits.
