Hello everyone,

I just bought a EVGA GTX650 Ti 1 GB as you guys requested a few weeks ago, and everything its awesome and i love it, however a few days ago i started to overclock the graphic card and after i choose the speed voltage etc, i open my game but the screen goes black for about 3 seconds, and after that everything runs perfect.

I was just wondering, is this normal? And if not, what may be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

PC Specs:

H61MH Biostar Motherboard
i3 2100 3.2
6Gb Ram (Kingston) 1333
Thermaltake 600W PSU
EVGA GTX650 Ti 1 GB

Take in consideration that:

Drivers are updated
Im bearly overclocking the card
Temp not higher than 45° while overclocking
LED monitor aprox 4-5 years old (i dont know if this has anything to do, but still).
Monitor Resolution 1920 x 1080

It's normal for a bad overclock setting yes. Your options are to increase voltage or decrease clock speeds. Bear in mind that your video cards will start to throttle themselves at a certain temperature (have to look it up for yourself) so if you're getting to that point you'll be actually losing performance. Overclocking is a skill that takes lots of patience and trial and error. Make small adjustments and everything will work out.
