Does bad airflow lower fps??

So im a noobie and one day i was just wondering does hot temperatures have negative effects to gpus graphical prosessing. So the main question i had in my mind was that does bad airflow or bad fans lower fps??

Unless your temps are north of 90 it will not affect fps at all.
What type of heat sinks your cpu and gpu have matter more than case airflow

The most basic answer here is yes, bad airflow/weak fans will allow your Cpu/Gpu to get hot and once you reach a certain temperature the chip will throttle to save itself, thereby lowering performance and affecting things, including the precious Fps we need to frag noobs
