I have a Ge-force GTS250 1 GB with a E5200 duel-core 2.5 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, and a 160 GB Sata HDD. i have a 350 watt PSU and i need to know if this PSU is powerful enough to handle all that. i have not tried, waiting on adapters.

Without knowing the make and model of the PSU there is no way to tell. If its a cheap OEM, unbranded or from a low quality manufacture like raidmax, then it most likely won't work and could potentially damage the system. If its a higher quality unit like Seasonic it may work.
