Cpu: i5 4670k
GPU: gigabyte gtx 770
Ram: 8gb GSkill Ripjaws X
NZXT Phantom 410

If you plan to overclock get a z87 board now instead of having to buy one down the road, like the Gigabyte Z87 Sniper or Asus Maximus VI Hero, Z series boards are meant for overclocking, H or B series motherboards are not, so there wouldn't be a point in getting a K series processor. An i5-4670 would serve your build better instead.
