Hello guys lately i have been having high temps on my cpu many people have told me to remove my heatsink, im just nervous im going to mess something up, can you guys give me a step by step or maybe just some advice and what i will be needing, Thanks GUYS

Turn the computer on, let it get hot to warm up the thermal paste, shut down, disconnect fan, unscrew cooler wiggle it slightly and pull gently away from the CPU, Clean old thermal paste, apply new paste and reassemble.

50% should work but the higher % the better but make sure you use something lint free to wipe.
