I have a tower computer and it works fine until today. I recently bought a television and I hooked up the computer to the telly via HDMI. I left the computer on sleep for a short while. I came back and moved the television with the HDMI cable still in and the computer still on sleep. I took the HDMI cable out and then when I placed the television back down after picking it up I put the HDMI cable back in and nothing displayed on my television as I took my computer of sleep. I held the power button to restart the computer and now it just turns on for about 4 seconds and turns off going through this cycle forever. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

1. Check all cables from the psu to the motherboard are properly connected.
2. Try unplugging the power cable from the pc + holding down the power button on your pc with the cable still unplugged for about 10 seconds - this will drain all power out of your pc. Then try again after reconnecting.

How far is the computer getting? 4 seconds after you see the boot options screen or 4 seconds after booting into windows? Or just 4 seconds from pressing the power button?

I drained all the power from the pc with the method you said and there isn't any difference it is the same as before. The computer doesn't reach boot, it is around 4 seconds after pressing the power button. Thanks for your help
