What is the most flexible Graphics Card to overclock? I'm interested in buying something that I'll be able to adjust more that just a little. I highly enjoy messing with my hardware and I can't do much with my current GPU. Cooling isn't very important because I'll probably install liquid cooling. I want to be able to really try different things and optimize all of my hardware.

For my part Asus are always great card.
I especially like Asus since it come with easy overclocking software and usually cools off easily especially if you get a direct cu version
the asus rog 780 uses a 6+8 pin , a 8+2 power phase, yucky elpida memory and a crappy voltage locked digi+ asp1212 controller. all adds up to poop.

for 780s.... its the evga classified. for 780ti's, its the evga classified kingpin. they all use 14+2 power phase design, hynix or samsung memory, and the chil8318 controller. only under water will one realize the true potential of these cards. the kingpin can go up to 1.5v on the core if your brave and is capable of hitting 1.6ghz with an ek block and plain water and a decent 240 rad and pump.

The ROG 780 is still a nice card however I'm also not a fan of ELPIDA VRAM.
The good thing about the card is it's using the revision b core and high quality components and it would be interesting what the overclock would be using water.

BTW The new gtx 780 classified cards are using elpida memory, They will likely not come with Samsung or Hynix memory anymore. My evga gtx 780 had Samsung memory, it overclocked to 7 ghz without a problem.
Shortly after Launch they stopped using Samsung and started using ELPIDA.

Apparently the Kingpin version uses the same 0.28 ns energy efficient Samsung memory that the Titan black is using. Most reference 780 ti's use the SK Hynix.
