which is the better motherborad for z87?

i am getting a new haswell cpu and i was wondering which motherboard would be better between the two, note i already have and enjoy the asus bios and the look of it too.

ASRock z87-Extreme4 is better.

It has better NIC, better sound chip, more sata ports and more complex power design.
