Hard drive: 750 GB
-Interface: SATA
-Transfer rating: 3.0 Gb/sec

Case :Mid-size ATX

-Width: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches)

-Form factor: internal ATX

*Edit*
Right now This what I am looking at for upgrades, it will cost about 556.98-748.78. How long do you think this will last? and is this my best gaming options? Also will these run on my power supply?

Buy a new system. In addition to a faster CPU you will get SATA 3, faster memory, and likely USB 3.0. If you build a system you can keep your hard drive and DVD drive, but you should buy everything else including a case. You will not be able to transfer your COA for Win7 so to stay legal you will need to buy Windows also.

If you choose to upgrade, the x6 1100T is probably supported by your motherboard (the 1090T definitely is), just make sure you have the latest BIOS installed before you try. Your motherboard only supports 4gb of ram sticks, so you shouldn't buy 8gb sticks(4x4gb instead of 2x8gb). It will support any PCI 3.0 graphics card. Well that motherboard is holding you back. It only has PCIe X16 2.0. All newer GPUs utilize PCIe X16 3.0, at least the ones you listed above. And that processor is moderate at best, you might want something a little more powerful.
If you want to play any games with high quality you are going to have to build a new rig pretty much from the ground up, new everything starting with a motherboard.

You will also want to upgrade your power supply to around 500 watts depending on the graphics card that you buy - you can search here on Tom's for a list that ranks power supplies.

Keep in mind that you can buy the FX 8350 for $180USD on sale and $200 regularly or the FX 6300 for $120 compared to the $190 for the 1100T. You can get a new AMD motherboard for around $100 and 8 gb of ram (all you need for gaming) for around $80. You can get a decent case for around $40, power supply for around $80. It may be worth your while to wait and save your money for a new system. If you buy everything on sale over a few months until you have everything you need you can easily save yourself $100. I check Techbargains.com daily even if I don't need anything right away.

I hope I was helpful - good luck with your decision.
