Black screen after Windows Logo

I get a black screen after the windows loads up, at the login it goes all black! I can type, i can hear the windows noise, i can login with the password, i can hear skype boot up, but i can't see anything. I tried to boot up in safe mode but it freezes:
windows/system32/drivers/at aswRvrt.sys
Please give me some welp,

tried, Windows start up repair didn't work. for some reason everything wasn't working. So i reinstalled win7, it worked, updated the drivers, restart the computer, black screen is back...

Ok after reinstalling win7 for the 4th time. I decided installing every driver except the ATI Raedon one, and guess what? No black screen, but now, i can't play and i have trouble watching videos with a outdated driver! What the hell can i do now? please give me a hand im tired of this >.<
