I'm replacing a motherboard/CPU for a friend and I already bought the two items, but now I'm 2nd guessing myself if the CPU is compatible with the motherboard.
I bought an ASUS P8B75-M at NewEgg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131836
The motherboard says it's LGA 1155 socket, but I noticed in the specification it says "Core i7 / i5 / i3"
The CPU I bought says it's 1155 socket type, but I don't think it's an i7, i5, or an i3. Is this going to be a problem? Here is the CPU I bought: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116399
Thank you!
