Hi all,
I feel that it's time to get a new GPU since the 750 family just released.
Before anything, my current build is:
Intel Core i7-3770k
Corsair H75 AIO cooler
MSi Z77A-G45 LGA 1155
Samsung EVO 250GB
XFX 650 PSU
8GB Corsair Vengeance @1333
2X XFX 6770 in CFX

I want to replace my crossfire setup with a new single card because I' moving to a smaller case.

Since the GTX 750 Family is new, there hasn't been much comparison of it with older cards.
I want to hear what the community has to say about me moving to a single GPU from a CFX setup.

Thanks

overall it wont be much more ppowerful than the gpu setup you have, but of course you wont have crossfire microstutter and scaling issues and you will be able to get 2gb vram which will help greatly in newer games.

GTX 750 has slightly less performance than GTX 660, Tom's Hardware did some benchmarks on it (you can find them here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-750-ti-...) and it lists 660 in them as well.

If you intent to play games, i wouldn't recommend jumping on the maxwell boat yet, even though the new core is promising, the first card does not has much power.

Check with your budget and if it allows it get a GTX 660 for about $200 or even better a GTX 770 for about $340.

GTX 750ti is cheaper and way more energy efficient, but it lacks in performance. If you really want a maxwell gpu then i suggest to wait till fall when probably the flagships will arrive.
