Hey Guys,
So i cant figure out whats causing my build to short out...
its on an asus p8z68 lx
kingston hyperfx 1333mhx ram 2 x 4gb
gtx 570 sli evga
i5 2500k
ocz 1000watt psu
Ive tried: jumping it, resetting the cmos battery, resetting bios to stock, and taking out the GPUs and running onboard.
i even tried a new motherboard, and a new PSU with NO luck...
could it be my RAM? or Cpu?
i get power surge errors, and my 3.3v 5v and 10v are all way over limits, but my multimeter says otherwise testing the rails manually...
i pulled everything out of the case and see no changes...
when i jump it it stays powered on without an issue though!
but if it was the motherboard, trying the new one wouldve sorted out the issue...
someone help me, im going nuts over this thing!!!!!
