Hello, I've updated the drivers a couple of times and have had no problems, the thing is that in this last time I canceled in the middle of the installation, I went back to install and now the ccc will not open (not even shown in the taskbar) , the graphics still work well, it can cause a problem that the ccc does not work?
And if there, how to solve it?

Completely reinstall graphics drivers. Uninstall current graphics drivers (if they can be seen in control panel).
Restart into safe mode and use driver sweeper to remove all remnants. Then reboot and download and install latest drivers (do not install beta until you can be sure WHQL ones work).

Let me know how that plays out.
