System Is Shutting off on its own need help.

I have had this problem since I have had my pc and I have tried many things. I bought a new case to keep my parts cooler, added more case fans. Reinstalled the graphics card drivers. Bought a larger PSU. none of them have worked I need help badly.

Most of the time its while gaming. Im going to update the bios because other people that have a similar problem have the same board.

So I started up crysis 3 and played for about 20 min and my cpu went up to 78 and my gpu went up to 64.
